THE BREAKDOWN

To take the house off the market we will need to pay half the deposit, with the balance being due 90 days out. Initial deposit is NON REFUNDABLE.  In the event you're not able to attend, your deposit is transferable, providing you find a replacement.

That means $360.00 is due per person, to reserve the houses. I will break this into 6 payments, first payment due July 1 - February 1.

This gives use more than enough time to reserve without fear of the villa being rented.

If you are able to make the $720.00 please do so, as it will allow us to secure property sooner rather than later.

Remember, rooms are reserved in the order in which I receive deposits. With the Master Suite going to Katrina!

6 nights & 7 days = $7790 Total w taxes = $650 per person

There is also a refundable deposit that is owed on the house.
$840 for the Refundable deposit total. ($70 per person)


$650.00 TOTAL RENTAL PER PERSON *(2 people per room) + $70 deposit = $720.00 per person. 

Refundable Deposit 

$ 70.00 will be returned to each person if there are no damages to the home. WHICH THERE WON'T BE, on the day you check out of the villa.

50% of the total is due to take house off the market
